Jay Kim, a member of the board of directors at Axiom Space, brings extensive experience in healthcare investment and a deep understanding of the emerging space industry. In this role, Kim provides guidance to advance the company's growth and development and supports leadership to identify new opportunities.

Kim’s experience in aerospace, coupled with his entrepreneurial spirit, has made him an integral part of Axiom Space's Board of Directors. Jay is the chairman and chief executive officer of Boryung, a healthcare investment company based in South Korea. Under his guidance, Boryung has transitioned from a pharmaceutical company to an investment entity with the vision of becoming an essential healthcare provider for humanity's advancement. Recognizing space as a new growth domain, Boryung launched the Care In Space Challenge to explore solutions for human survival in space.

Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
